在花饽饽这藏在面团里的艺术盛宴里,一起走进夏天。

Join us in stepping into summer with Jiao Dong Huabobo, a feast of artistry hidden within the dough.


花饽饽的色彩取自天然果蔬汁,

The vibrant colors of the Huabobo come from natural fruit and vegetable juices.

再混合适量的花生油、水、酵母、白糖、奶粉、面粉,

Combining these juices with the right amounts of peanut oil, water, yeast, sugar, milk powder, and flour,

即可得到多彩的面团 。

results in a colorful dough.


取出白色面团充分揉制,在光滑的面团上压、捏出花纹,

Prepare another white dough and knead it thoroughly, pressing and pinching patterns onto its smooth surface. 

醒发20分钟。

Allow it to ferment for 20 minutes. 


同时将彩色面团压成表面光滑的薄片,

Meanwhile, press the colored dough into thin, smooth sheets. 

用模具压出需要的形状。

Use molds to cut out desired shapes. 

将面片的边缘擀薄,

Roll out the edges of the sheets, 

底部沾水,按照一个方向卷成玫瑰花的样子。

装饰在底胚的表面,醒发15分钟。

上火蒸制30分钟,
